We want you to love your Swig Life products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unused condition. Please note that personalized items and final sale products are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unused items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
